INSTRUCTIONS: HOW TO WAKE UP YOUR STARTER
You'll Need:

Clean glass jar

Wood or silicone stir stick

Filtered water

Bread flour

Kitchen gram scale
Directions
DAY 1

In a glass jar, mix 15g (2 tbsp) dehydrated sourdough starter with 30g (¾ cup) filtered water, cover top loosely (so it can breathe). Wait 24 hours.
DAY 2

Second Feeding & Ready Check
Feed starter with 30 g (1/4 cup), filtered water and 30 g (1/4 cup) bread flour, stir.
Wait 12-24 hours. If it's doubled in size - your starter is ready to use, if not, repeat day two. Your starter should be bubbly and ready to make with.
